International Pen Friends (IPF) - School Class Online Application Form

A pen friend list for each student containing the names and addresses of four club members in their age group will be sent to the teacher of the school group. The name and address of each student will also be passed to up to 10 other club members in their age group during the 12 month membership period.

Please allow approximately 4 weeks for the return of the pen friend lists. All services ordered will be sent to the teacher/group leader by email.

Please complete all details on the School Class Online Application Form below, check that the details are correct and then click the Submit Application box towards the end of this page. If that isn't done, the School Class Online Application Form will not reach us.

IMPORTANT: The process for payment to and from PayPal to this page is not automatic, you will need to complete the School Class Application Form and then log into your PayPal account to make the payment.

ADMISSION FEES
Please pay using the currency rate shown below for the region you live in. We can also accept Canadian currency converted against the USA rate, New Zealand currency converted against the Australian rate and Swiss and Scandinavian currencies converted against the Euro rate. If you want to pay using PayPal and your local currency isn't shown below, you can convert it against the Euro rate and pay the fee in your local currency according to that conversion (subject to PayPal allowing your local currency to be used). Please Note: To participate in the school service you will need to enrol a minimum of 10 students. The admission fee for each student is AUD $8, ¥700, €5 £4.50 or US$6 per student. If the number of students you wish to enrol is not exactly 10, 20 or 30 as mentioned in the above services, you may enrol your school class based on the admission fee per student. For example, a school class of 12 students would cost AUD$96, ¥8,400, £54, €60 or US$72.
People & Places Magazine – Highly Recommended for All Members People & Places is in addition to our pen friend service and can only be purchased by people who are joining IPF, exisiting IPF members or teachers who are joining a class into IPF. Everyone who subscribes has free entry into the Letters from Holly and Ted Competition and could win AUD$50! IPF's magazine 'People & Places' is a fun and informative way to stay in touch with the pen friend world. The full-colour magazine includes the latest IPF news and items submitted by members including member profiles, pen friend stories, letter writing adventures and advice, travel articles, photos, poems etc. There are also competitions, give-aways and a prize of AUD$200 for the best article published in each edition.

If you have less than 15 students, please complete details for as many students as you have. A separate typed list showing the required details can also be sent to us in an email if that is more convenient for you. To help us provide an efficient and accurate pen friend service, we ask that the students' details are sent to us in a typed format rather than in handwriting.
